Hi, I’m Cheri, a Licensed Advanced Master Esthetician with over 20 years in the beauty and skin industry. Over the years, my work has evolved beyond traditional skin care into a more integrated approach that brings together advanced treatments, wellness, and nutrition support.

Ette was created from a desire to help people better understand their skin and care for it in a more intentional, long term way.

After years of treating skin professionally, I became increasingly interested in the factors beyond skin care that can influence how our skin looks, feels, and ages. That curiosity led me to pursue training as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association.

The more I learned about nutrition, digestion, blood sugar balance, stress, sleep, and overall wellness, the more I began to understand how these factors can influence the skin. It changed the way I thought about skin care and ultimately shaped the approach I bring to Ette today.

The Story Behind Ette

Ette isn't just a business name, it's a tribute to my sister, Criquette.

The name comes from the end of hers, a small piece that carries a lifetime of memories and allows me to keep a part of her close every day.

Creating Ette has been my way of honoring her with something beautiful, intentional, and filled with care.

SANDA STEIN

Sanda became a registered nurse in 2016. She first worked in psychiatric care for one year. She then switched to working closely with patients in women’s health for three years. Through experiencing women’s vulnerabilities, Sanda learned how aesthetics is pivotal in helping women feel more confident. This ignited a greater interest in providing compassionate and individualized care to support her clients. She loves building a relationship with clients to help them achieve their goals of self-care, lifestyle, and authenticity.

Sanda received training in aesthetic techniques at Pacific Northwest Aesthetics Academy (PNAA). Her approach to cosmetic treatments is to address the client’s concerns of aging by using available technology to enhance features while maintaining a natural appearance. The way we look affects the way feel, and the way we feel affects the way we behave. It is one of Sanda’s greatest joys to share excitement and a boost confidence with her clients. She is grateful for the opportunity to build this relationship with you.

Medical Director/M.D.

Dr. Madarang is board certified in Internal Medicine and has been practicing since 2003. Highly advanced in her training with Botox, dermal fillers, and medical-grade skincare, Lisa believes aesthetics and injectables should enhance natural beauty and help people achieve a healthier, more youthful appearance. Dr. Madarang is passionate about providing each of her patients with a comprehensive skincare and injectable treatment plan that restores physical beauty and confidence. Not only will you experience her immense knowledge during your visit with her, but you will also sense her compassion, confidence, and reassuring nature.

Outside work, Lisa loves to read, enjoy her husband's cooking, travel, and spend time with family and friends.
